Hello. I’m Helen, founder and head chocolatier at CocoCaramel.

My love for Scottish produce and caramel-making first sparked the idea for CocoCaramel back in 2014, and they remain at the heart of everything we do today. What began in my home kitchen in Inverurie has grown steadily over the years, though I still make each chocolate by hand alongside my small, dedicated team.

We work with carefully selected ingredients and take pride in crafting chocolates that are both simple and distinctive. Since our early days, our recipes have gone on to win awards, and our chocolates have travelled as far as France.

CocoCaramel is still rooted in the same values it began with- a passion for quality, a love of flavour, and a commitment to making something special, one batch at a time.
