Aberdeenshire Caramel Collection

A trio of caramels infused with flavours from the Scottish North-East Coast. Each chocolate is handcrafted with care, combining Belgian chocolate with ingredients rooted in Aberdeenshire- sea salt from Stonehaven and delicate blossom honey from local hives.

The collection brings together:

A Muscovado & Smoked Sea Salt Caramel in milk chocolate

A Blossom Honey Caramel in dark chocolate

A Stonehaven Sea Salt Caramel Ganache in a dark chocolate oval

Simple, honest flavours- lifted by the character of where we come from. The perfect gift for memories of Scotland.

Our Recommendations

FAQs

How long will my chocolates last?

All of our chocolates are freshly handmade. We would recommend eating them as soon as possible, though if stored as instructed on the label, our chocolates should be at optimum taste for between 4-6 weeks. All best before dates are shown on the product packaging.

How should I store my chocolates?

Your chocolates should be stored at room tempreature, about 15-18 degrees, and out of direct sunlight. A dark cupboard usually does the trick.
*PLEASE DO NOT STORE IN THE FRIDGE- this can lead to sugar bloom, absorb unwanted odors, and alter the textures.

Where are you based?

We are independent British chocolatier based in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. All of our chocolates are handmade in our home kitchen and sold online, here, and to local independent retailers.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We don't have a physical shop but a selection of our chocolates are stocked in local retailers and we often also attend local Aberdeenshire fairs and events. We also offer a click and collect service from our Inverurie kitchen, here at 2 Chelsea Rd Inverurie AB51 3PL.
